(New Taipei City, Taiwan – January 6, 2025) The Banqiao District Farmers’ Association held a donation ceremony at the New Taipei City Fire Department’s First Rescue Brigade, presenting personal duty equipment for firefighters. The donation, represented by Standing Supervisor Yu Po-Hu and received by Battalion Chief Lo Kai-Wen, was professionally supported by MAGICTEX, a subsidiary of SINGTEX Industrial Co., Ltd., demonstrating how corporate expertise can create tangible social impact.

Functional Technology Meets Operational Needs
Unlike previous donations focused on large-scale rescue vehicles, this initiative addresses the daily operational needs of firefighters. Banqiao’s diverse rescue scenarios require firefighters to navigate through high-rise buildings and narrow alleyways frequently, making garment functionality and comfort critical for long-hour duties.
MAGICTEX utilized SINGTEX’s patented S.Café® technology to create custom short-sleeve crew neck duty shirts for the First Brigade. This innovative technology transforms recycled coffee grounds into functional fibers with moisture-wicking, odor-control, and UV-protection properties, suitable for training, standby duty, and daily operations. Already widely adopted in international sporting events and professional performance wear, this marks S.Café®’s entry into public safety applications, enhancing performance while reflecting SINGTEX’s long-term commitment to environmental sustainability.
Integrated Design Strengthens Professional Identity
MAGICTEX also assisted the First Brigade in developing their uniform visual identity system. The design team implemented professional processes including logo placement, typography selection, and color planning to create a cohesive identification system, strengthening team recognition and brand consistency while embodying the professional spirit of firefighting services.
Cross-Sector Collaboration Deepens Social Value
At the ceremony, Battalion Chief Lo expressed gratitude for the Banqiao Farmers’ Association’s continued support and commended MAGICTEX’s professional excellence in this project. Standing Supervisor Yu stated: “Every deployment tests our firefighters’ capabilities. The Farmers’ Association hopes to provide practical support that truly serves as a reliable backbone for frontline personnel.”
MAGICTEX emphasized that corporate social responsibility should be built upon professional competency. As SINGTEX’s business unit specializing in functional apparel development and brand marketing integration, MAGICTEX will continue leveraging the group’s expertise in sustainable materials, garment design, and visual identity to support frontline workers across all sectors through textile excellence.
