SINGTEX® Group has long been committed to sustainability, and this year, the company extended its green initiatives to the international stage. By inviting a key apparel supplier from Bangladesh to Taiwan for a tree-planting event, SINGTEX not only reinforced supply chain resilience but also turned its sustainability pledge into tangible action—working hand in hand with partners to protect the planet.

The partnership between SINGTEX and Bangladesh has evolved from simple business exchanges to a shared practice of environmental responsibility. As the world’s second-largest garment exporter, Bangladesh has in recent years accelerated its green transition, implementing measures such as plastic reduction and sustainable packaging policies that signal strong determination for change.
In 2025, SINGTEX welcomed A. K. Azad, Managing Director of Ha-Meem Group, to Taiwan. Beyond visiting SINGTEX headquarters and its new eco-friendly dyeing facility, he also joined the tree-planting activity at G-Fun Dyeing & Finishing. This initiative went beyond commerce—embodying a joint commitment to sustainability through concrete action. Together, we believe these efforts can help drive meaningful change for the planet.
SINGTEX’s strategic engagement in Bangladesh began in 2023 with the launch of its “Bangladesh Supply Chain Expansion Plan.” Following extensive evaluation, SINGTEX partnered with Team Group, known for its vertical and cross-sector integration capabilities, placing its first orders in June 2023. Two months later, SINGTEX established an office in Dhaka, underscoring its commitment to the market. In 2024, SINGTEX broadened its partnerships by joining forces with TAD Sourcing, another vertically integrated leader. Since 2023, the company has exported over 200,000 garments annually, covering categories from knitwear and woven apparel to bags, steadily deepening its presence in Bangladesh.
In 2024, SINGTEX further strengthened ties by joining the Taiwan Textile Federation’s delegation to Dhaka and Chittagong, engaging with major players including Ha-Meem Group and Youngone Corporation. These exchanges not only showcased Taiwan’s strength in sustainable functional textiles but also laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation in South Asia.
SINGTEX invited Bangladeshi partners to Taiwan in 2024, marking a key step in market exploration and supply chain strategy.
Bangladesh is not only a critical hub in the global apparel supply chain but also a key partner in driving sustainable fashion. By combining Taiwan’s R&D innovation with Bangladesh’s production efficiency, SINGTEX aims to accelerate the industry’s green transformation. Its deepening presence in Bangladesh is pioneering a new model of international collaboration for Taiwan’s textile sector while setting an example for sustainable supply chains worldwide.
At SINGTEX, sustainability remains at the core of everything we do. Together with global partners, we will continue to advance green actions and work toward a shared vision of a sustainable future.
